This guide is for Snape 2.0. Other versions: Snape 1.0.

This section of the manual will cover the process of commissioning your Nodes to collect data.

Please ensure that you have the following items with you before beginning the commissioning process:

Gateway, Node with D cell battery, and the Ackcio Nimbus app on an Android phone with OTG adapter and Micro USB cable
  • A functioning Gateway, complete with its radio antenna and a project created (see Snape 2.0 main dashboard)
  • A functioning Node, complete with Node antenna and D cell battery
  • An OTG adapter and Micro USB cable.

Important · TM-L onlyIf you are commissioning TM-L then ensure you have plugged in another LORA antenna to the left port of the GW and you are using a USB C Cable to commission the TM-L specifically. See the TM-L guide.
